Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By subscribing to or using wael.bot (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the Service.

2. Service Description

wael.bot is a technical signal-execution utility. The Service automatically relays trading signals from your configured TradingView alerts to your designated trading terminals (MetaTrader 5, cTrader) or exchange API keys (MEXC). wael.bot does not execute trades on its own behalf and does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally authorized to trade financial derivatives, foreign exchange, or cryptocurrencies in the jurisdiction from which you access the Service.

4. Account & Security

You are solely responsible for securing your account credentials and Bootstrap Keys. Wael.bot will never ask for withdrawal or transfer permissions on exchange API keys. You assume all responsibility for API key configurations and any trades executed using your credentials.

5. Subscription & Payment

The Service is billed on a recurring monthly, 3-month, or yearly subscription basis. Subscription fees are billed automatically and are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for your personal, non-commercial trading activities. You must not resell signals, reverse-engineer any component of our software or cBots, attempt to bypass execution rate-limits, or use the Service for any market-manipulation schemes.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, code (including the WaelBot Desktop app and cTrader cBots), designs, documentation, and logos associated with the Service are the exclusive property of wael.bot and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Wael.bot does not warrant that signal delivery will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that automated execution will result in profitable outcomes.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall wael.bot be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of capital, trading losses, server downtime, slippage, or data breaches. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless wael.bot from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we suspect you are violating these terms, engaging in abusive behavior, or failing to pay subscription fees.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page. Your continued use of the Service following any updates constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
